1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 533bd platform and all its services. When you access our website, open an account, or use any service, you will be deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, you must stop using this platform immediately.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Each user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own area or country. 533bd is not responsible for any user's local legal obligations.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on 533bd, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. We reserve the right to verify age, and any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be true, accurate, and complete. Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

• Full legal name (as per National ID card)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Correct date of birth
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request an NID card, passport, or other appropriate documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.

Follow these tips to keep your password secure:

• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters (a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at 533bd are accepted only through the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Upay — Digital payment service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used to make the deposit.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. If there are any active bets at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be approved after those bets are settled.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 533bd have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be shared with others.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• VIP cashback bonuses are paid each week at a set rate.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to investigate and suspend the bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

Our VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers. At the highest Diamond tier, weekly cashback can reach up to 0.8%.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets and games at 533bd are accepted on the condition that sufficient balance is available in the account. If the balance is insufficient, the bet will be cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a system outage, network interruption, or other technical reason, we will review the situation and decide whether to refund the bet amount or determine a result. Our decision on this matter is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Results in sports betting are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). If a match is postponed or cancelled, the settlement of the related bet will be handled according to our sports rules.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Results displayed by the game software are final. If there is a discrepancy between the result stored in server logs and the result displayed on a user's device, the server log will prevail.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Attempting to access or use another person's account
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs — if a vulnerability is found, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately
• Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward our staff
• Filing false chargeback claims
